So you know when you thought you understood the meaning of keeping options open? This really explains how introverts like to have the options kept open. It's usually best to extend the invitation with the "no pressure" signal to an introvert. We like to be included, but then we also like to have our exit option just in case we need our me-time rest to recharge. :)
